The location was great, the price was great and it was close to everything I wanted to do.
It was in a great location; the edge of the Vegas strip and easy (for our agenda) to get out of town to the climbing in the nearby Red Rocks Conservation area.
The value was great; the ammenities were dated. No pen and paper in the room. No shampoo. Maid service was barely adequate.
was not impressed with the place at all. I thought it would be alot nicer room but i guess you get what you pay for! we had to walk a very very very long way to get to our room in the very hot sun with alot of luggage and there was no one to help us. we had to use the storage lockers because our room was not ready and was informed that the same key would work for our room well it did not!! so my husband had to go all they way back to the office in the hot sun. the housekeepers did not speak english so they were no help. there just were not any kind what so ever of ammenties. will not use this particular hotel again.
The beds were uncomfortable... broken down matresses. The location was not ideal. We thought we would be staying closer to the strip with the given description of location. Next time we will know better and look at an actual map. The location was a bit undesirable, it seemed as if there were several non-guests lingering around stairwells and parking lots. I was glad to be stayng with my husband as I would have felt unsafe otherwise.
The location & price were convienient for my budget.
There were no shampoos or shower accessories. The pool contained way too much chlorine. My biggest problem was that during our two night stay housekeeping never cleaned our room. I had to call the front desk to ask for clean towels & made beds at 8 at night.
Maid did not always finish the cleaning and making of beds.
Price for the strip area was a fair price. Free coffee was even better.
I will be mailing this to the Motel 6 manager.
The economy of our two day stay in Las Vegas
It was locate on the strip
room not to clean and they charged me a different price than what I booked with Booked.net
Where to start!! First finding my room, there isn't enough signs that direct you to back units. You know your in for long night when you see and feel your so called mattress. Springs sticking out or missing, mine had a hole in it like it was entrance for rats or something. The bed next to me, went to another level. Same as mine with springs, but when you turn the sheets back and bugs come running out. Not cool but it gets worse, same bed had 2 top sheets and under that was a blood stain that sorry looked like after-birth. My roommate keep finding something new to the point that I had to tell them shut up and let's just get thru the night. So beware people.
I liked the early check in, the rate and my room was super cute. Also the express checkout was great.
A well-located hotel just across MGM Grand, minutes of walking from the Strip. I visited for CES and could use the hotel shuttle that stopped at Tropicana and MGM.
The gap below the door was a tad too big, the room got cold quickly. No extra blankets. Throughout the night there was a fair amount of noise by other guests returning to rooms and heavy vehicles being started early in the morning - my room was facing the couryard, the outer side should be much quieter.
The worst stay during my trips to US ever (and I've been in different hotels in NY, Washington, Orlando, Miami, San Francisco, LA, San Diego)! Cockroaches!!! After we saw a cockroach, we went to the reception to ask for a different room. A very rude man at the reception said that he would send somebody to our room to spray it and that there is no possibility to change to room. I protested and finally we were transferred to new one. Luckily we found no cockroaches in the "new" room, but it was very dirty - plasters/blisters under our bed. We also found somebody's lotion behind beds. Looks like nobody was cleaning the room with even a little attention. Don't count on a peaceful sleep at night! It very noisy! Dirty! Noisy! Rude service!
corresponds to Accor standards
late check-out was 1130am, a bit earlier than usual, and they were quite inflexible to let stay even 1 minute more
I like its location...very convenient to the 15 and 95, walking distance to many hotels and the Strip.
This was by far the nastiest, dirtiest, most disgusting room I've ever stayed in. The west wing should be closed until it is remodeled or torn down. The carpet was filthy and was the same for the rooms of my friends who also stayed in that wing. the remodeled wing seemed fine. the 'concierge', bless his heart, knew little but was friendly enough.
